A few of my favorite things

"Mama, this one my favorite" or "Mama, where's my favorite?" Both of these statements ring loudly quite often around our house. :) Noah has several things that he is in love with: Red (his red and white doggy), Dog-Dog (his dalmation), Hot Dog (his Mickey Mouse blanket), Raggy (his orange blankie), Payson (his monkey), and his pillow.

He has to have all these items when he goes to bed, leaves to go to Ms. Beth's house, and when he watches his favorite movie, Toy Story.

We did a little photo shoot with all of his favorite things and he snuggled each one with his "big cheese" showing how much he loves his animals, raggy, and blankie.

I wonder if he will get any new "favorites" from Santa? Check back soon to see what he gets this year.

We love you and hope to see you all soon!

Santa 2009

What is the old saying 3rd time is a charm? That proved to be true today! Noah has been so excited, so he has been saying, to go see Santa and sit on his lap. He tells everyone that he is a "big boy" and is going to tell him what he wants for Christmas and tells you "I not gonna cry." YEAH RIGHT!!

Mamma Frazier and Mommy took him on Saturday and he totally freaked out, not once, but twice even after asking to go see him. Good grief. We left and I figured this year was another dud and we wouldn't be visiting Santa again.

This morning we decided to give it another shot. It wasn't pretty by any means! We got there and he was "SO EXCITED" as he put it and told everyone that he saw as we made our way through JC Pennys. That was until we got to Santa...

We got in the 1 child line and he said NO and screamed liked I had stolen him from his real mother and was holding him hostage! Are you kidding me! I tried everything to get him to stop screaming and crying, but it was not happening, so he decided that he was going to sit in the middle of the what could have been line, but there was no one there today (thank goodness) and kept peeking around the corner at Santa (like it was a game of some sort)!

I finally got him onto Santa's lap and he cried for the 1st 2 pictures, which are terrible, but somehow Santa managed to get a really cute picture with Noah looking up at him. I love it!

Once Noah stopped his crying, he looked at Santa and said, "I love you" and then talked to him for a good 15-20 minutes about everything under the moon. Did I mention there was no other kids there? I couldn't get him away from Santa!!! Noah was telling him about how he is going to the Disney Channel (Disneyland), he would like Handy Manny Motorcycle, a Buzz Lightyear, a Woody, and even how his Daddy snores. I couldn't stop laughing and neither could Santa.

Anyone that has ever carried a conversation on with Noah knows that he can talk and talk and talk...just like his Mommy!

Needless to say, Santa ended up being able to work is magic and Mommy was very happy! Noah even told a little girl that was crying as we were leaving to be a big girl...yeah, because he was such a big boy :-) Mommy just laughed!

We are sure to have many more funny stories like these in the season to come! We have a little goof on our hands :-)

Happy Holidays!

Love to all!

Long Time...No Talk!

Happy Fall! Seems like forever since I have updated Noah's blog...well it has been quite a long time. He has been a busy boy since the last update almost a year ago!!

We moved at the beginning of the summer to a new house, which Noah loves! He has his own play room, which is actually the 2nd living room that we made into a play room, but you wouldn't know that walking in...you would think we own stock in a toy store! He spends most of his time unloading his toys from that room into the rest of the house. We also frequent the park that is about 4 doors down.

He has lots of little friends that he loves to play with and he spent most of the summer with. He got to go to take some of them to the firestation with Uncle Steven, we went to the Arizona Childen's Museum, Payson to visit GG and PaPa and so much more this summer.

We celebrated his 2nd Birthday without fireworks, which was a little weird since his birthday is on the 4th of July, but he had another party at Goodyear Splash Park with all of his friends and family. He loved turning 2! We had to sing Happy Birthday twice...pretty sure he is like his Mommy and LOVES his birthday! In fact we have to sing Happy Birthday to someone (usually him) when ever we have cake.

He didn't like Mommy going back to work too much, but after a little bit he did just fine. He loves Ms. Beth and his friends there. Noah and Mommy both love the extra days off and weekends, so they can play and do all the fun Mommy and me things.

Potty training has been interesting to say the least. He is actually doing pretty well with it, but he still has those days where he is STUBBORN and just won't use the potty...gee I wonder where he gets his stubborness from...probably his daddy :-)

This fall has been a lot of fun for the whole family. We went to the Arizona Family Expo where we learned how much Noah LOVES rides! He rode all of them without any fear and couldn't wait to get to the next ride. We also went to the Chile and Pumpkin Festival at Schnepf's Farm for Mommy's birthday and he went on his first roller coaster with Pampa. He rode it like a champ, but wasn't too sure about getting on it a 2nd time, loved all the other rides there though. In fact, he was a bit upset with the ride man for the swings because he told him he was too little...Noah didn't think so!

We are all looking forward to the holiday season and spending time with family. We are hoping to go to Disneyland for Christmas where Noah insists he will be meeting Hot Dog and Goofy!

I think I have caught you up on the year, but I am sure I will think of something I need to add and will repost.

Promise it won't be a year until the next post...the goal is to post at least twice a month if not once a week.

Have fun looking at some of the pictures!

Love to all!

Happy 2009!

Happy New Year! We hope that your Christmas was wonderful and that 2009 is treating you well.

Christmas was AMAZING! I don't think that Moses and I will ever forget Noah's face on Christmas morning. He was so EXCITED to get his "Hot Dog." For those of you that don't know what a hot dog is, it is the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. He is in love with the cartoon and thinks that Mickey Mouse's name is Hot Dog because of the dance/song at the end of every show. I know many of you are probably thinking I encouraged the Mickey craze in our house, but I honestly didn't...he just LOVES him because he knows that he ROCKS! He dances to the song and tries to sing along, it is quite cute and keeps us entertained for sure. Santa also brought him a basketball hoop, which he thought was pretty cool.

We had a great Christmas Eve with our families and Noah surprised us by being quite sociable with everyone and staying up for both parties! We spent Christmas day at our house filled with family and lots of laughter. It was nice to have everyone together and be a family.

Noah is quite the BOY! He loves sports, especially football! He spends his Sundays sitting with Daddy watching the many games and yelling at the TV...typical male! He still likes to live outside, play with his dogs, and ask for his many friends. He had a great time hanging out with Mommy over Christmas break and was a bit unsure about her going back to work...that was until he saw all his friends!

He had his first trip to the snow, which was super fun! He was unsure about it at first, but loved it in the end. I will upload some pictures soon for everyone to enjoy.

We hope this finds everyone well and happy. We will keep post again soon!

Love to all!

Almost forgot...

He had his 18 month appointment and is in the 99th percentile! He weighs 30 pounds and is 35 1/2 inches tall! He has grown 2 1/4 inches in 3 months! Daddy is excited because he wants him to be big for football...
